Hello everyone I want to test something out to make sure when I splicer a norn to make sure she did not act like Chantal. I took photos of Chiki playing. She sleeping, eating and playing with the other norns. That is a good sign. I still want to keep an eye on her. You guys can try her out too if you want. She is so cute.

Just so you know, you can't really do anything to totally prevent a Norn like Chantal from being born. Not using Fallout Norns in your splicing/breeding helps, since normal genomes don't allow brain mutations, but even then, weirdness definitely happens. You'll have to brace yourself for the fact that now and then a Norn just isn't viable.
Conclude with killer catchphrase.
