Have you tried the offline patch for DS? Then you can make docked worlds to test if it's just C3 breaking. My TCR Norns |

Docked worlds are very much possible, just so you know - I'm running one that's not only docked but also using C1 to DS at the same time. It's possible to mod this game pretty heavily and still get it to work. (I'm using Windows 10 also.) The error you're getting is odd, though. never had it pop up before. I definitely recommend getting the offline patch and running DS. Conclude with killer catchphrase. (Lurhstaap) "This is not knowledge - this is information!" New Model Army, "Courage" |

Only the DS folder contains a Users.cfg file. It's for storing usernames used to log in to the DS servers when they were still online. |
