Okay, so I've come back to the community after quite awhile and having forgotten quite a few things (not that I ever knew all that much to begin with, having only played briefly) and I've stabilised the ecology in the Norn T and the Desert T. The jungle seems like a lost cause, though I will download an appropiate plant for the dragonfly larva at least.
Now I'm just trying to setup the aquatic terranium. It seems it can be used to replenish etc. but I can't get it to work! I feel so stupid, any advice would be appreciated. If there were some way I could set it up using a combination of gates, pulse switches etc. in order to make it cycle through all the different kinds of marine life that would be great. |

Oh wow, it's ages since I actually messed around with the gadgets C3 has... I can't really help you too much, besides telling you to check the description of every agent around the Marine Terrarium. Press F1 and then right-click on the object in question.
I believe there was some device to actually count the fish population nearby. You might be able to do some mockup with that.
...Alternatively, you can get a stable fish population by dropping a piranha in each pool. You'll only have 1 kind of fish, one that is rather lethal in fact, but it'd be stable.
Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... |

There's a little bit of information on ecology here. I'm not sure how helpful it will be, but it gives you a basic overview of all the life forms and tells you how to set up the fish monitor and dispenser.
I don't know if you have Vampess' fixes, but those are useful as well. |
