Yesterday I bought Creatures: The Albian Years and tried installing it onto both my laptop and my dad's PC but didn't get anywhere. I tried clicking just about every folder & file and...nada. I did notice that the game consists of only 1 CD verses 2, but I'm not at all sure if that has anything to do with it. Unfortunately my purchase came with no manual or instructions for installation or game play. I've tried everything I can think of...any help? I was really hoping to be able to play since it's been many many years. Thanks!! |

Hmm...let's see...yes, I've noticed that Exodus has no manual, either...I got THAT to work by clicking 'start', then 'run' then clicking on drive 'E:'. If that doesn't work, I'm sorry. The fact thatI've been in this community for nearly two years and I still don't know this stuff is pretty sad.
ps. I haven't played Monster Raannnrrrnnchhdoggy |

Heh, I call myself a computer geek and I'm still not too sure X3
Is your laptop a PC or Vista? If so you'll have to run Creatures in compatibility mode. Do that by right clicking the icon, going to propeties, then compatibilty. Set it to whatever you need to.
But, that's for when you actually get the game onto the PC.
If it won't install, I don't know O_o |

Oh yeah...wait a second, that time it was for Harry Potter, not Creatures.....and then that other time it was for this demented game my little brothers got somewhere... But I still recomend compatibility mode if my was doesn't work.
