Making breed sprites is a complicated and time consuming process. There are hundreds of images that must be edited and then resized for each age. Even with advanced animation software, and refined techniques and workflows, it can still take even the best breed artist several days to a week, minimum, to produce a working breed. The process becomes even more tedious when the sprites require att editing in order to fit the pieces together properly in-game. Sadly, simply asking for help in breed creation will return you only half-hearted motivational responses recommending you to various programs and articles that will assist you in your endeavor. Alas, my response will not diverge from this trend.

Try looking at The Creatures Development Network or The Creatures Wiki for various explanatory articles relevant to breed creation and work towards attaining the recommended software.
