It has came to my attention that the wiki spaces has been hacked, and now it features a pop up titled "ITS ME" with one of the characters from the popular horror pc game, Five Nights At Freddy's, and is known to have very loud screaming. This also affects every page of the wiki, and should be visited with caution if you guys decide to visit the creatures wiki or any wiki. I decided to visit a wiki to see if it's true, but it didn't work for me, probably because i have software that prevents pages from being redirected. So please, try not to visit the creatures wiki until this is cleared up. a cool sciency bear |

What creatures wiki are you talking about? Creatures.Wikia.Com has been abandoned due to Wikia having awful EULAs and copyright laws. www.Creatures.wiki is the "new" Creatures Wiki. It would be nasty and unfair to actively suggest vandalizing a website, but most people agreed not to update Creatures.Wikia.Com and instead write everything on www.Creatures.wiki and let Wikia degrade on it's own. How very strange, and thanks for warning us. May I ask where you found out about this info? I've heard that there is a security flaw within a certain version of flash which may be possibly linked to this. Edit: Nothing happens on any browsers I use. |

Alarming... I honestly love Five Nights at Freddy's, it's saddening to see the idiots in the fandom being generally awful. They give the rest of us a bad reputation. Science is a beautiful gift to humanity; We should not distort it. |

Creatures.wiki (not the wikia one, which as Papriko says is abandoned) runs on an independent server as far as i was aware and *should* only be affected if there was some flaw in the MediaWiki software itself (or, obviously, if someone just vandalized the wiki). What is wiki spaces? |

I hope so. I wish that kind of defacement (the kind to cause panic attacks, as opposed to mild confusion and/or amusement) wasn't such a norm on the net these days.  |

well, if you like screamers, you'll be glad to know there are a great many video games featuring jumpscares, many completely free, which it is possible to go and play with your full consent A new Five Nights at Freddy's game just came out recently actually. It's really good in my opinion, even if just from a design standpoint, they have the jumpscare down to an art.I like them!...just preferably with warning. Otherwise, bad things can happen. (for me and those who rely on me being at least partially sane that day) |

I honestly can't stand horror games, but I love Five Nights at Freddy's. 'Course, I don't play it for the horror aspect; The plot is just great. Science is a beautiful gift to humanity; We should not distort it. |
