"After the success of our last Twitch session we decided to record a session of gameplay showing the state of the game in early 2015. There's no release date planned for the moment. I was looking for it yesterday, but eventually had to go to bed The graphics for the environments are absolutely lovely! And I love that they have such distinct areas. Doing anything costs coins that will take some getting used to, and feels very limiting.   Jacob   1/21/2015 I'm not overly impressed. The game itself looks quite barren, and the artstyle has historically left an awful taste in my mouth. I'm impressed that they still managed to fund this, and who knows, maybe it'll bring new life to the series. But judging from this video I don't think creatures online is designed with my demographic in mind. This game seems to be targeting the young as well as the mobile market, which I don't fault, both are lucrative if not unstable market options. It's a shame that we couldn't really get a true to form successor for the series, but i can't imagine that happening for quite some time yet. I mean for all intents and purposes this game may actually play better than it looks, and i'm keeping as open of a mind as possible, just right now I'm not really feeling it. Not really active around these parts anymore.
