Did I ever upload that here or share it with any of you? I seem to have accidentally deleted it along with everything else I had. x.x It wasn't that difficult but I'd still rather not have to rewrite it from scratch if I can DL the original.

It made bugs and critters emit scent 19, which is unassigned in the standard game. Coupled with genes in my 'Dragon' genetic breeds that allow those breeds to detect scent 19 and react to it appropriately, it allowed those Norns to smell their way to critters and bugs the way normal vegetarian Norns can smell their way to fruit, nuts, and food. It's the closest I got to producing realistic predatory behavior in Norns.
Note that it's incompatible with that 'toy scent' agent, though, since that also uses scent 19. You have to choose one or the other for any given world, alas.

It's not that different. Honestly, the only improvement over yours would be me using separate CAs for bugs and critters. It uses CA 0, the sound CA, as well CA 19. As far as I know, CA 0 is unused. Still might be worth uploading though.

Interesting! It didn't occur to me to do that. Did you ever make genetics to go along with using two different scents? Now I kind of want to play with that. XD

I can't remember exactly, but I was probably working on an insectivore that ate pests and bugs. Having critters and bugs on the same scent could confuse them, so I moved it. If you do make a carnivore/insectivore upload it. They're my favorite type of genome to mess with.

Gotcha. Very interesting. I've never thought of making a pure insectivore. That's a great idea. Will have to take a shot at that soon!
BTW, I've mostly reconstructed mine, but CAOStool says I have a syntax error. Where is it? I can't figure it out. x.x

It seems you forgot a "next" right at the end of the script. At least, that's what I gathered from copy-pasting that into the CAOs Tool myself.
