In the snotrock timer, the friction is reset at the beginning - what does the line

anim []


mean?

Does it reset the animation, just in case the snotrock is stuck in a pose?

Sort of... it just stops all animation without specifying that it should be set to any particular pose. It stays in whatever pose it was in when that is called, until a new animation or pose is set.
