This is a very concerning dilemma that's occurring in my Docking Station. I woke up and figured, why not, let's check my wolfing run. What I found shocked me -- every single natural baby that's been born has been female. Normally I would blame it on an anomaly of probability, but literally every baby out of 17 so far has been a girl.
Earlier today I had a similar result on my ettin wolfing run on a separate world (11 natural births so far), but the stupid part of me that was half-distracted working on something else thought it had to do with ettins being naturally female from the ettin mother. (Don't know why I thought that when I know ettin pairs are perfectly capable of producing both male and female offspring, but like I said, I was very distracted).
I'm sorry, but I'm having a lot of trouble believing that out of 38 births, all of them were consecutively female without some kind of glitch. Is there some kind of code I could use to switch it off, or an agent I can add to fix this? Thanks!

Creature eggs hatch with a female bias in one season of the year, a male bias in one season of the year, and a random chance for the other two seasons. Get the No Seasonal Gender Bias cos file.

Ahh, that sounds like a perfect fix. I actually wasn't aware of the seasonal bias. Thank you, Malkin!

Many people aren't aware of it till it nearly kills their population.
Sometimes more "does" than "nearly"...
