So, I was looking to use the autotab cosfile provided over at naturing::nurturing, but I wasn't sure exactly how often it switches between creatures, and what values to change if I wanted to change how often it, er... autotabs.
It's over here
I was hoping someone a bit more experienced with CAOS would be able to provide some insight? |

I believe it cycles through Creatures every few seconds. At least, that's what I remember on Live Nornish Action. I'm curious about what value to change to increase/decrease the time between tabbing! I do see "tick 300" in the code, but I'm the last person to trust with CAOS stuff!

I was hoping to have it stick around on each creature for 1-2 minutes - i think if it's tabbing around every few seconds it might be a bit nauseating - and hard to see what's going on! |

It definitely isn't just a few seconds, in fact I think the default is basically what you want, or a little longer. The tick 3000 bit means the script fires every 3000 ticks... and a tick is about 1/20 of a second... so that means it's set to run roughly every 150 seconds, or 2.5 minutes.

Ghosthande, thanks! That's exactly what I needed to know. I'm gonna test it out within the next day or two to see if it's suitable but it sounds like it already is! I thought it was just a few seconds because... well, that's what it says on the website. |

Agreed: Thank you, Ghosthande! The site does say a few seconds, and I could have sworn it wasn't that long when I viewed it. Nice to know it can be easily changed, and might even be at an ideal time frame anyways!

I'm pretty sure it meant figurative seconds.
I'm also pretty sure Amaikokonut used a modified version for LNA so that it would cycle faster than usual... because I do remember it being less than 2.5 minutes when I watched it.
