Similar to the Classic Grendel in Creatures 1 they are smaller then the average C3 grendel, stocky build and grow only once if they reach adolescence. They don't contain an egg agent, you have to breed them or use the replacer genomes. Normal genome, CFF, CFE and TCB are available as pairs. The normal genome version is based on the Zwergbunt Grendels by Tokarion and Kathira which makes them much less aggressive. |

The downloadable ZIP file comes with a breed agent, a couple different genome choices including the default original genome by Avocado, and an information document. (Note: The original Glacier Ettin genome has some unique care requirements and quirks. They become bored if too warm and thrive in the cold, which makes them friendlier. Though prolific breeders that age to maturity more quickly than normal ettins, they're very prone to becoming crowded and overwhelmed. To help with this, it's best to only keep a couple at once or keep a small band of them in a large, cool room like Chione. Interestingly, they are drawn to norn home instead of ettin home when seeking comfort, so keep this in mind when setting up a habitat for them. Jesseth and I recommend the Ice Crystal agent for them, as it cools Glaciers down and also provides them with plenty of entertainment. It's great if you want to make a room more comfortable for them. Boid Norns and Dragon Grendels are breeds based off sprites from the Creature Prototype. Both are mostly standard twbs, with different pose genes so they walk how they did in the prototype. They do best on flat ground, as they have a little trouble walking down steep slopes. Note 2: If you use the boids, make sure to manually install the bodydata in the ZIP, boids don't unpack that best. |

Firstly is a TWB conversion of the Gargoyle Norns by Alien. These hardy norns can survive in any environment, even underwater! They mature more quickly than most norns, but also live slightly longer. Requires the Gargoyle Norn sprites from the original egg agent. Second is an update to the Vampire norns. These norns behave quite normally up until the age of youth, at which point they must feed upon the blood of other creatures to survive. Once adult their lifespan depends on how well fed they are, how bright their environment is and their overall health. Now comes with an agent (coded by Verm) that allows them to transform into bats when feeling threatened or crowded! Requires Vampyre Grendel and Moonlight Norn sprites. Lastly is a new genetic breed called Lycanthrope Norns. These creatures are born with a keen sense of smell and a powerful healing ability, but otherwise behave much like any other norn. That is until night falls, at which point a terrible transformation takes place and they become filled with a bestial aggression, and a hunger for flesh. Be sure to have the critter and bug smell agent enabled and plenty of edible critters around for them to snack on during their nocturnal rampages, the sensorimotor lobe input script is necessary for them to function correctly. Well, I dug him up again, played with him for a bit, and he said he was lonely... ... And now, for his and your pleasure, I've made some egg agents based on his genome! THIS PACK CONTAINS: 1. Hyuppe's Clones - Produces exact genetic copies of Hyuppe. - Careful! Hyuppe has a history of hating his own clones, because even if he loves slapping, he does not love being slapped. 2. Hyuppe's Clones (Mutable) - Produces genetic copies of Hyuppe with mutations enabled (thanks Docking Station). A good intermediate if you want more variety in your Hyuppe-lettes. 3. Hyuppe's Hellions - Produces offspring that are a cross between Hyuppe and one of his harem of five specially bred companions. - These companions were custom bred to not only tolerate Hyuppe, but enjoy his company and naturally breed with him on occassion! Each one is genetically different and has their own preferences. - They were created by crossbreeding Sadomasochistic Norns and Cattle Norns (Type B), and then crossing those offspring with Hyuppe clones. Subsequent generations were tested for health and compatibility with Hyuppe himself. - Be prepared for individuals who are more or less into slapping or being slapped! They vary, just like their parents do. This breed is mainly a sprite-based breed, as I didn't deviate much from the 2017 Chichi Norn genome I used as a base. (At least I think it was the Chichi genome? I can't remember for sure). The only notable difference is that these norns will are a bit more susceptible to the cold and a little less so to heat. Due to the lack of hair it can be tricky to tell male and female Bald norns apart, especially when they are young. Adult males have prominent horns, while the horns of the females remain stubs. |

Male and female Pearlescent Grendels both appear very similar, with both having the same style of mane, but the males will grow longer horns and spines as they mature. Their babies are born white, gaining their colours as they grow. But most notably of all, these Grendels have shiny, almost pearlescent scales that some may find very aesthetically pleasant. I recommend breeding them for pigment bleed mutations, you can get some very nice results. These Grendels use Grendel slot P (Sorry Plant Norns!) EDIT: The .zip downloaded by clicking the thumbnail is broken and I don't know if I can replace it; use the website link instead! |

It has all life stages, and females use another village breeds hair. Cave Norns age quicker than most norns, and can eat critters and detritus (but won't have a desire to do so naturally unless taught to!) The .zip includes an image of them as well as their egg agent. If anyone wishes to make them expressive, I would really enjoy that! (I am not entirely sure on the slot anymore, sorry if I got that wrong!) |
